England’s Louie “The Vanilla Gorilla” Sutherland is officially UFC-bound, with his debut set against Australia’s Justin “Bad Man” Tafa on September 27, 2025, at UFC Fight Night: Ulberg vs. Reyes in Perth.
Sutherland, fighting out of Great Britain Top Team, will enter the UFC Octagon with a 10–3 record and the distinction of being a former Levels Fight League Heavyweight Champion. Standing 6’3” with a 76-inch reach, he’s built his reputation on knockout power and a relentless finishing instinct, making him one of Europe’s most dangerous heavyweight prospects.
Across the cage, Tafa brings valuable UFC experience and hometown support. The Brisbane-based southpaw holds a 7–5 record and is known for his toughness and heavy hands. For him, this fight is a chance to protect home turf and stall the rise of a dangerous newcomer.
For Sutherland, however, it’s the culmination of years on the regional circuit. A win in hostile territory against a proven veteran would establish him immediately as a contender in the UFC’s heavyweight ranks. With both men carrying fight-ending power, their clash in Perth promises to deliver fireworks from the opening bell.
