Tom Breese (16-4), the current LFL Middleweight Champion, is set to take on Jaroslaw Lech, the LFL Light Heavyweight champion, in the main event of LFL 9 on July 9th in Amsterdam’s iconic arena – the Gashouder, Westerpark. Breese, who is also co-signed to KSW, has issued the challenge to Lech and is looking to add another belt to his already impressive resume.

Breese has been on a roll lately, with four wins in his last five fights. His most recent win came in the form of a first-round submission (Rear Nake Choke), against Bartosz Leśko, at KSW 80. Breese’s striking and grappling skills have been on full display in his recent fights, with his ability to control the pace and dictate where the fight takes place being key factors in his success. Jaroslaw Lech, on the other hand, has been equally impressive, and is on a 4-fight winning streak.

The upcoming fight between Breese and Lech is expected to be a clash of styles, with Breese’s grappling and ground game going up against Lech’s striking and power. Both fighters have shown that they can adapt to their opponents’ game plan, so it will be interesting to see how they approach the fight.

Breese has already made it clear that he is not intimidated by Lech’s striking prowess and believes that he can take the fight to the ground and control the action from there. He has also stated that he wants to become a two-division champion and is eager to add the light heavyweight belt to his collection.

Lech, on the other hand, is confident in his striking and has stated that he is ready for whatever Breese brings to the table. He has also expressed his desire to continue his reign as light heavyweight champion and has promised to put on a show for the fans.
